To provide the service we rely on providers that process data on behalf of Codelabs Studio S.L. as processors: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (content delivery and protection), Hetzner Online GmbH (hosting, in Germany), Telnyx (masked-number calls), Google Firebase (push notifications) and Mapbox (maps and routes). • Cerebras Systems Inc. (Sunnyvale, California, United States) processes the text of conversations with Tamara, the voice and chat assistant, to generate its replies; it may include the personal data you mention. The transfer relies on the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914) incorporated in its data processing addendum: https://www.cerebras.ai/dpa.
• Google LLC processes, as a processor, the audio of the conversation with Tamara (Gemini Live) and, with Gemini on Google Vertex AI in a European Union region, the analysis of feedback and the extraction of contact details from demo requests. It is listed as a participant in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its data processing addendum incorporates Standard Contractual Clauses: https://cloud.google.com/terms/data-processing-addendum.
• Anthropic PBC (United States) processes text with the Claude model (website builder, support assistant and, as an alternative, chat translation, reading of booking emails and feedback analysis); it may include personal data.
